about

Hi I'm Courtney! I'm a fifth year finishing up my BSE Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mechanics and MSE in Robotics at the University of Pennsylvania. I'm hoping to keep this online portfolio somewhat updated with my latest projects, both academic and personal. While I still work on compiling everything together, feel free to look at my resume and portfolio

This past year my main focus was on my senior design project, a holonomic multi-rotor aerial vehicle capable of stable flight in any orientation. Check out our website for some of our reports as well as our YouTube Video of our results.

I have experience in a variety of manufacturing processes such as CNC milling and turning, casting, laser cutting, 3D printing, and composite layups. At my university, you can most likely find me in the machine shop or the design computer lab, and I am always working on some sort of project. I am heavily inspired by pop culture, and often draw on characters from Star Wars and Pokemon for a lot of my designs.

I recently picked up the hobby of photography, and can't wait until I return home to Hawaii to take picture of my favorite spots on island. Other hobbies I have when I'm home include hiking, playing volleyball, paddleboarding, and finding good places to eat at.
